Larkin's Preferred Trade Destinations Expand to About Eight

Friedman also linked Dallas and Tampa Bay to the list, along with Vegas, Minnesota and Florida, and said he does not believe any Canadian teams are included. A deal does not appear imminent because the teams on Larkin's list face cap-space or draft-capital limitations, while his $8.7 million cap hit is difficult to absorb.
