Premier League clubs eye Sassuolo teenager Daryl Bakola

Sassuolo midfielder Daryl Bakola is drawing Premier League interest, according to Corriere dello Sport. Juventus had been seen as frontrunners among Serie A clubs for the 18-year-old after he impressed in a brief appearance against them, but English clubs could make a summer move difficult. Sassuolo's past sale of Tarik Muharemović to Leeds for €37m suggests Bakola's valuation may rise beyond his current €15m.

Corriere dello Sport reports that Sassuolo's Daryl Bakola has drawn Premier League attention, complicating Juventus's pursuit. The 18-year-old midfielder impressed in a cameo against Juventus, assisting in Sassuolo's 3-2 win, and Juventus's early midfield injury problems have increased their need.
Giovanni Carnevali brought Bakola to Sassuolo from Marseille for €10m. Sassuolo previously sold Tarik Muharemović to Leeds for €37m. Transfermarkt rates Bakola at €15m, but Corriere dello Sport expects that figure to double. If English interest arrives next summer, Juventus may struggle to sign him.
