Coaches Bryan Ellis and Derrick Nix also appear. Alabama hosts No. 2 Georgia on Saturday, Oct. 10, at Bryant-Denny Stadium, with kickoff set for 6:30 p.m. CT on ABC.
The buildup to Alabama-Georgia may extend beyond the field. A marquee SEC game could draw a large TV audience, increase attention on players and coaches, and shape campus and fan energy during game week. Students, alumni, local businesses, and nearby residents may feel effects through travel, traffic, gatherings, and community pride. The scale of those effects could depend on attendance, weather, and how the game unfolds.
