Tuscan Autumn Menus Take Center Stage at Argentario Golf Resort

Argentario Golf & Wellness Resort, the host of the 2025 Italian Open, is offering a series of Tuscan-themed dinners this autumn. The lineup includes an Olive Oil evening on October 17, a Maremma’s Finest dinner on October 24, and a Wild Boar Feast on November 7. The resort will also serve special New Year’s Eve meals at its two restaurants.
The resort’s culinary program is overseen by Emiliano Lombardelli, a Monte Argentario native whose menu blends local classics with personal creations. Its Dama Dama restaurant appears in the 2026 Gambero Rosso Guide. Ingredients include estate-grown organic produce and honey, nearby seafood, and local supplier goods. Some centuries-old olive trees stand beside the golf course; their oil is used throughout the year.
Beyond themed dinners, Argentario offers group cooking and cocktail sessions plus olive oil, wine, and spirits tastings. Sommelier Nicola Alocci oversees a cellar featuring Tuscan labels, smaller local growers, and biodynamic or natural wines. New Year’s Eve dining at Dama Dama and the Club House includes seafood and beef, followed by traditional Italian midnight dishes and house panettone.
These dinners may strengthen the resort’s appeal among golf and wellness travelers seeking regional cuisine, potentially extending visitor spending into autumn. Local growers, fishers, and food producers could benefit from continued demand, while diners may gain a broader view of Maremma food traditions. The events might also support hospitality jobs and off-season tourism around Monte Argentario, though any wider social effect would depend on how many guests attend and how much they engage with nearby communities.
