About YDKS

What this site is and how it works

YDKS is a news aggregation service. It gathers recent reporting across areas of interest, rewrites each headline for clarity, and produces a short summary — at most three sentences — so you can scan more, faster.

How stories get here

Stories arrive two ways: automated discovery across a curated master list of reputable outlets, and reader submissions that are reviewed by an administrator before publication. Headline rewriting and summarization are performed by an AI model (Anthropic's Claude).

About the summaries

Summaries are AI-generated, written in original language, and intentionally brief. They are pointers, not replacements: every story links to the original article, and the original publisher's reporting is always the authoritative source. If a summary appears inaccurate, contact coach@youdontknowsports.com and it will be reviewed.

Ownership of content

Original articles, their headlines, and their content belong to their respective publishers. YDKS displays rewritten headlines and brief original summaries with attribution and links to the source.
