Jarvis Holds One-Shot Lead at Alfred Dunhill Links Halfway Point

Casey Jarvis carded a 5-under 67 at Kingsbarns to lead the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship at 11-under after 36 holes. Rocco Repetto Taylor, MJ Daffue and Matthew Jordan share second at 10-under. Defending champion Robert MacIntyre and Brooks Koepka are three shots back.
Casey Jarvis, a 23-year-old South African, followed a 66 at Carnoustie with a 67 at Kingsbarns. He made seven birdies and two bogeys, then birdied the last to lead by one. He has already won twice this season and has missed the cut in three of four prior starts in this event.
Rocco Repetto Taylor’s 64 was Friday’s best, lifting him alongside MJ Daffue and Matthew Jordan. All three seek a first DP World Tour win. Daffue, 37, has two HotelPlanner Tour victories this year; Jordan has two runner-up finishes in 2026. MacIntyre and Koepka trail by three.
A tight leaderboard at a links event could draw more attention to St Andrews and Kingsbarns, benefiting local hospitality and tourism. For players like Jarvis and the chasing trio, a strong weekend may boost rankings
